I had a dinner and movie night, which turned out to be dinner and chatting night, with a good friend of mine. She made “Tortilla Pizzas” and let me tell you, they were DELICIOUS! — Not sure if you’ve ever tried them… but here’s what you do.

Wheat Tortilla (as the crust) — Top with Pizza Sauce — Put on your toppings you want… such as mushrooms, ham, canadian bacon, sausage, even pepperoni.. basically whatever YOU want on your pizza. We put ham and black & green olives, mushrooms, and topped with cheese. – Place them on a cookiesheet, in the oven at 350 and cook until the cheese is melted and the tortilla looks a little (or a  lot depending on your taste) crispy. That’s IT!

They were wonderful, AND not that bad healthwise!Quick to make too :)

-slight addiction-

Okay, I need to seek help. I apparently have an addiction.

See, I thought that it was just something like a deep desire. However, I’m realizing now that no — infact, it IS an addiction.

I can’t seem to have any control… It’s like I *HAVE* to have it.

What is it… you ask???

BOOKS.

That’s right… “Hello, my name is shannyn and I’m a bookslut.” Yes, see. I have TONS of books. Does this stop me? No. If I’m in a bookstore, I can’t leave without buying something. I swear, I hear those books calling my name! -lol- My “To Be Read” pile is towering. You would think that somewhere some common sense would kick in and i would STOP buying more books, until I’ve caught up reading the ones that I have. Of course, if that would mean that I probably couldn’t buy any books until I was about… oh I don’t know, 50? LOL

So there ya have it. I’m looking for a BookAholics Support Group. Who’s with me!?
